Welcome to Women in STEM, a transformative initiative founded by Clarisse Falanga to champion the inclusion and empowerment of women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Recognizing the underrepresentation of women in these fields, Clarisse Falanga has dedicated herself to breaking barriers, fostering mentorship, and creating opportunities for women to thrive in STEM careers.
Our Mission
Our mission is to inspire, educate, and empower women to pursue and excel in STEM fields. Through mentorship, education, and advocacy, we aim to dismantle systemic barriers, nurture talent, and create a supportive community where women can achieve their full potential.
What We Do
Women in STEM focuses on several key areas to drive change:
